This website (jonathanblayden.com) is the personal portfolio of Jonathan Blayden, a web designer and developer working with M Business. This page explains what information is collected when you visit the site or get in touch, and how that information is used.
This site does not require you to create an account, and it does not sell products online. Information reaches me in only two ways:
This site stores one small preference in your browser: your choice of light or dark mode, and your language selection. This is kept on your own device so the site remembers how you like to view it. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is never sent to me or to anyone else.
You can clear this at any time through your browser's settings for site data.
Information you send is used only to:
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Enquiries about commercial work may be shared with M Business, the company I work with, where that is necessary to respond to you or deliver a project. Beyond that, your information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. The site is hosted by a third-party web host that processes standard server logs as described above.
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an enquiry or an ongoing working relationship, and for any period afterwards required for business or legal record-keeping.
You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, contact me at jonathan@mbusiness.com.au. Australian visitors have rights under the Privacy Act 1988; visitors in Brazil have rights under the LGPD.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page along with a revised "last updated" date.
Questions about this policy or about your information can be sent to jonathan@mbusiness.com.au or +61 447 776 970.
